Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your TMB University subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to all premium content until the end of your current subscription period.

After cancellation, your account will revert to a free account status, with limited access to select lectures and chapters.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your TMB University account

2. Navigate to 'Settings' or 'Account Settings'

3. Select 'Subscription Management'

4. Click on 'Cancel Subscription'

5. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation

Refund Policy

TMB University offers a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our services within this period, you are eligible for a full refund.

Refund requests made after the 7-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

We may consider partial refunds for exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to the platform or service unavailability.

Once the refund request is approved, The Refunded Amount will be processed and credited within 10 days to the original mode of payment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at refunds@tmbuniversity.in with the following information:

• Your TMB ID

• Date of subscription purchase

• Reason for requesting a refund

• Transaction ID or payment receipt (if available)

We aim to process all valid refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Ineligible Refunds

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Requests made after the 7-day refund period without exceptional circumstances

• Cases of account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service

• Claims of accidental purchases without supporting evidence

• Requests based on changing your mind about the subscription after extensively using the services

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

We will send you a reminder email approximately 7 days before your subscription is due to renew.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue using our premium services.

If you cancel your subscription after an automatic renewal has occurred but within 48 hours of the renewal, you may be eligible for a refund of that renewal charge.

Payment and Processing Fees

In the case of a refund, the original subscription amount will be refunded. However, any payment processing fees, transaction charges, or taxes associated with the original purchase are non-refundable.

For international transactions, please note that currency exchange rates may affect the final refunded amount.
