By accessing or using TMB University's website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the 'Services'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or for any other reason.

TMB University offers subscription-based access to our educational content for an annual fee of ₹5,100. This subscription provides access to all courses, digital books, audiobooks, and app features.

Subscription payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our services.

Free users receive limited access to select lectures and chapters. Full access requires a paid subscription.

You agree not to use our Services to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

Harass, abuse, or harm another person

Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services

Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

All content available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is owned by TMB University or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Our Services grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, or create derivative works based on our Services or its contents without our express written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services (such as questions, comments, or feedback). However, by submitting content, you grant TMB University a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your submitted content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable laws.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMB University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

In no event shall TMB University's total liability to you for all claims relating to the Services exceed the amount paid by you to TMB University for the Services over the past 12 months.

The Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

TMB University does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any errors in the content will be corrected.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Services is accessed at your own discretion and risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by the courts located in New Delhi, India, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
